Minden third column under Lieutenant-general von Spörcken

Continuing the work on my 6mm figs, I have now completed the units from the third column under Lieutenant-general von Spörcken from the battle of Minden. The shot below does include the previous two bases I posted.I have to say that painting these is fairly easy once you get the hang of it. The actual basing takes quite a long time though but I like how they are coming out so far.Below are a few close up shots of the different units. Each of the British units were a single battalion, but the Foot Guards have two.

British 12th Foot – Napier’s Footand from the back:British 37th Foot – Stewart’s FootBritish 23rd Foot – Royal Welsh Fusiliers
and from the back:British 51st_Foot – Brudenell’s Foot
Hanoverian Foot Guards – the 2 battalions of these. The British 20th Foot – Kingsley’s Foot & British 25th Foot – Home’s Foot were done previously and shown here. They are the final units of the column though.

So here is a final shot of the whole lot:Next it’s onto some more Hanoverian foot units, which should round out the main fighting force, before moving onto the commanders etc.
