Dreadball Marauders team

With the Dreadball Xtreme kickstarter ongoing (and yes I’m in again on this) it gave me an incentive to finish the Marauder team that I have had on the painting table for a while. The models are cool and the game is fun so why not continue to paint up the teams. Marauder team

This consists of the big guys – the guards of the team and the real heavy weights. Marauder guards - back Marauder guards - front

And then the slippery goblin style figs. These ones have magnets again to hold a metal ball if I use it in play. This includes the star player with his big black mustache. I tried some of these shots with the flash on an I must admit I think I like the effect, as seen from the first photo below. All dreadball goblins

The standard 6 goblins are here and they all work together well – they make an interesting group of miniatures that’s for certain. I found these figs quite hard to paint as I really did not have a theme concept so they kind of happened slowly. That’s one of the reasons it’s taken a while to get them complete, but I like the way the have ended up.Dreadball Goblins Dreadball Goblins -back

I also completed a star player and the ref, as well as the goblin MVP as shown above. Here is the ref, an important figure on the Dreadball playing field for the marauders if they want to cheat…Dreadball Ref

Lastly, the Enforcer MVP. Well that’s it for now. I’m still working on the IHMN force rules which should be up soon.Dreadball Enforcer MVP
